In-line Sensing of Pharmaceutical Coating Processes
In mid-2014, TAG was successful in winning a EPSRC grant (EP/L019922/1) to investigate the pharmaceutical coating processes with in-line sensing and numerical modelling.
To better understand the current challenges faced by the pharmaceutical coating industry, TAG recently hosted a project meeting that was attended by many of the respective industry heavyweights such as Pfizer, Colorcon, GSK and Bosch. The meeting facilitated exchanges and relevant technical discussions as well as an update of the research progress from our postdoc and collaborators.
