TAG First to Publish CC-BY Preprint on ChemRxiv

New research from the TAG group has appeared on the ChemRxiv preprint server, representing the very first submission to make use of the fully-open source CC-BY license.

ChemRxiv, the new preprint server for the chemical sciences and supported by the American Chemical Society, with strategic input from the Royal Society of Chemistry, German Chemical Society (GDCh), as well as other not-for-profit groups and scientific publishers, came online just last week. The TAG group fully supports the concept of 'Open Science', and as such we have submitted one of our recent manuscripts to the server with the fully-open CC-BY license type. This is the first CC-BY license on the ChemRxiv server, and we look forward to seeing the service grow over the coming months!

The research presented on ChemRxiv is a truely collaborative project, with fifteen authors from eight different institutions, including five current or former TAG members. We look forward to seeing the communities response to our work, as well as having the research published after the traditional scientific peer-review process!
