Hungyen recently delivered an invited talk titled 'In-line Measurement of Film Coating Processes' as part of the'Expert of Solids' certification Seminar on November 18 to 20 hosted by Bosch Packaging Technology/Huettlin GmbH in Germany.
The talk presents an overview of the current state of the art in real-time film coating measurement technologies for the pharmaceutical coating process. In particular, the talk emphasised on technologies extending from near-infrared and Raman techniques to terahertz pulsed imaging and optical coherence tomography. The talk was well received and underpins potential collaborative opportunities with Bosch Packaging Technology.
